Once you purchase a digital service or subscription through our platform, refunds are generally not available, except where required by law or when we cannot deliver the service as promised.

Cancellation

• You may cancel recurring services at any time from your account dashboard.
• Requests for cancellations must be submitted before the next billing date to avoid charges for the upcoming period.

Refund Requests
For issues with a transaction or service delivery, contact us right away via email. Each case will be reviewed individually, and if approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
